I am making Thanksgiving Dinner for my husband and my mother-in-law Judy.  Several years ago, I found a delicious brine recipe from Legal Seafoods of all places.  This is funny for several reasons, the least of which being that Brian worked at Legals for multiple years, I got a Turkey brine recipe from a seafood site!  In any event, this brine produces the most flavorful turkey and natural gravy you will ever taste.  Now I share it with you.  Try it, I promise you will like it!!
