Vacatunes

Leaving soon for Europe, and music is a must.  Good music that is.  And thanks to itunes I have plenty.  Here are a few bands I am taking with me on the trip of a lifetime:

By Album:

Robert Randolph and the Family Band – We Walk This Road

Need to Breathe – The Outsiders (Deluxe Version)

Jimmy Eat World – Invented (Deluxe Version)

Charlie Hall – The Rising and The Bright Sadness

Brandon Flowers – Flamingo

Patty Griffin – All albums (of course)

U2 – How to Dismantle and Joshua Tree

Eric Bibb – Diamond Days

Phil Wickham – Heaven and Earth

Carla Bruni – Quelqu’un M’a Dit

Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals – Lifeline

Eric Clapton – Unplugged

Counting Crows- Across a Wire and Saturday Night/Sunday Mornings

Coldplay – Viva la Vida and LeftRightLeftRightLeft

Hillsong – Faith+Hope+Love

Harry Connick Jr. – Chanson du vieux carré

David Crowder Band – All albums

Among many other singles and one offs.

When I travel I have this game I play with God.  I wake up every morning and ask him to make my playlist of the day and I leave the ipod on random shuffle. I am always amazed at how he picks the songs to go along with what I am seeing and experiencing.  Im very excited to see how he puts together these songs to go along with the new sites we will see in Paris and Italy.

Do you have any recommendations before I leave? Hurry, I leave very very soon!
