I am so anxious to get some blogs going about our trip. However, we hit a minor MAJOR snag when we returned to a broken MAC desktop. I can’t fully talk about it until I know exactly the prognosis but it does not look good. I am now a cautionary tale: BACK UP YOUR JANK or risk losing it for no reason at all.
So to cheer my spirits and to give you a small teaser of our adventures through Paris, Venice, Florence and Rome; I leave you, not with videos of protesters and rioters at CDG (thats a whole blog post unto its own) but a video of the fun flash mob we were witness to in Paris in front of Notre Dame cathedral.
It was our last day in Paris and we were to meet up with our Bike About Paris tour group at Notre Dame circa 9:00 am. We arrived early and boy are we glad we did. We saw this flash mob come to life right before our eyes. It really was so very cool. Brian wanted to dance with them. So did I. What the video doesn’t show is that they did it twice (for filming purposes I am sure). I am POSITIVE I see me in the video…. the back of me. And my big purple purse. 🙂
So without further adieu, my closest chance to becoming and internet meme the Notre Dame flash mob, appropriately set to the Billy Idol 80s hit “Dancing With Myself”
This is SO GREAT 🙂
now why can’t people break out in dance @ DC
Brian wants to start one, maybe we should do it!
Im totally down….I think we could do one by spring….I am sending this to my best friend Thomas who lives in Dupont, I know he is going to LOVE the idea 🙂
